Valley View Retirement Community Belleville, Pa Full time Director of Nursing - current PA RN license while providing oversight, direction, and leadership to the nursing department in our 162 bed skilled nursing facility in accordance with the laws, guidelines, and regulations (OBRA and DOH). DON experienced preferred in LTC setting. Full time Staff Development Coordinator - current PA RN license with experience in LTC setting. Provides dynamic clinical education to staff, analyzes data from quality measures to address training concerns, Certified Instructor of Nurse Aide Training and for CPR. Full time RN Supervisor - current PA RN license, working three 12 hour rotating shifts per week, every third weekend, with 8 hour holiday rotation.
