Responsibilities: Greet guest in a warm and professional manner upon arrival to the hotel and thank them for their business upon departure. Doors (hotel, cars, and the like) are opened and closed in a proactive and hospitable manner. Explain features and benefits of the hotel and local area. Utilize courtesy in taking control and ownership of guest vehicles. At all times safely drive vehicles and ensure keys are safely secured according to operating procedures. Transport guest luggage and belongings to various areas of the hotel. Maintain a safe and clean environment. Ensure immediate work area and associated parking area is well maintained and report any defects. Report any and all incidents/accidents. Arrange guest transportation as may be necessary. Position will require extended lengths of time standing. Present yourself in a professional manner at all times in a clean uniform and name tag. Hotel operates 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling or crouching.
