Our Company has one exciting mission: To entertain the human race.PRIMARY PURPOSE:As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest's vehicle for their departure Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessaryMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysPREFERRED: High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of experience working in a service-related positions Experience working in a similar resort setting Bilingual
