Records and responds to all radio contact for valet,bell ,and door staff. Operates the Property Management system for daily duties including: billing, general guest information, and updating current arrival / departure figures. Completes daily checklist of responsilbities. Job Specifications: Expected Pay Range $20 - $22 Outlet: The Hythe Shift & Schedule Availibilitiy: Full Time Skill Level: Intermediate Job Responsiblities Records and responds to all radio calls manages and organizes vehicle keys Uses a computer operating system to input guest vehicle information to there reservation Tracks and updates guest information and current arrival and departure numbers. Prefomes key audit at beginning and end of shift. Comunicates closely with front office, bell, door, and valet staff Accepts and records money for daily vehicles, as well as processing througth PMS system General organization of Valet area including, maintaining group resumes, communicaiton boards, Charges and Records Hot Ticket vehicles in PMS Completes Daily Checklist Flexibilty required including AM, PM, weekends and holidays, Willing to discuss Part time options for appropriate candidates. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements High School/ GED Guest service experience preferred must hold a valid Drivers Liscence Proficient in Microsoft Word,Excel, and Outlook Able to communicate effectively in english both written and verbally able to work as a part of a team Ablility to multitask and stay organized. The expected pay range is $20 - $22. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
