Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a USARC C2 AnalystDevelop and conduct Command and Control (C2) analysis of the USARC HQ and DRUs to inform optimal organization structure. Actively Participate in meetings/VTCs/telecons with diverse teams regarding USARC operational structure. Deliver reports, and documents that reflect an up-to-date and complete description of requirements and procedures in accordance with applicable DoD regulations, Army Orders, Directives, and Memos.(1) Development of requirements documents for the USARC HQ(2) Analyze current organizational structure of the USARC and DRU(3) Analyze future force structure actions impacting the Army Reserve(4) Identify and analyze C2 gaps, redundancies, and efficiencies in the current organizational structure(5) Present independent reorganization COAs for HQ, USARC positions.The role of a C2 Analyst is essential to ensuring that mission-critical activities are able to effectively coordinate their resources and respond to crises in real-time, ultimately helping to save lives of our soldiers. The standards for personnel to be considered minimally qualified regarding appropriate combinations of education, training, and experience to provide research, analysis, and product creation. Must have favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which impact the Army's operational force. Experience: 1-5 yearsIn-depth knowledge of USARC operations, doctrine, and regulations to identify and define requirements.
