Job Summary: The Army SERE program Mission Support Manager (MSM) is responsible for managing the Mission Support Section. They oversee essential support functions to ensure training program success including registrar, administrative, logistics, transportation, facilities, security, A/V maintenance, and IT support. This position is contingent on the award of a government contract. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the Administration, Registrar, Security, Logistics, IT support , A/V support, Facilities Management, and Transportation to accomplish US Army SERE School training activities in an efficient and effective manner. Coordinate closely with the PM/DPM, government Course Manager, Army SERE School leadership and other agencies to ensure effective mission support for SERE School training. Maintain an understanding of current US Army SERE School, installation, TRADOC, US Army and DoD policies, SOPs, and guidelines pertaining to mission support requirements for SERE training. Required Skills and Experience: US Citizen DoD SECRET clearance. Seven (7) or more years of documented and verifiably [successful] experience managing logistical and/or administrative activities of a similar size and scope to the US Army SERE School requirements. Desired Skills and Experience: Graduate of a DoD full spectrum SERE - C course including Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PDG) and Hostage Detention (HD) training. Training may be from a singular course or multiple courses as long as training in all skillsets has been completed Previous teaching/instructor experience at a DoD SERE Level C School. Previous experience managing mission support functions at the US Army SERE school. Prior military service in Army Aviation or a SOF occupational specialty Required Background Check: Secret Clearance; comprehensive employment background screening.
