Urology physician job in Alabama : Join 4 Urologists in active, hospital-employed practice in Montgomery, Alabama; the need is due to the growth and potential retirement of one of the physicians. Compensation Package Overview Base Salary with a 3-year income guarantee plus quarterly production bonus w/RVU Profit sharing plan Generous sign-on Comprehensive benefits include health, disability, retirement, malpractice, relocation package, 20 days ETO & more 5 days for Continuing Medical Education - $5K for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration, and board certifications) Opportunity Expected Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12 Average 25-35 patients/day (each Physician has a Nurse or M.A. that works with them) 1 in 5 call Surgical Robotics available 344-bed tertiary hospital providing a comprehensive continuum of inpatient services with a fully developed ambulatory service line on campus Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) - integrated EMR system.
