Expected work schedule for the Ann Arbor Graphic Design Intern : Flexible schedule Part-time, 10-20 hours per week Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects Pay structure for an Ann Arbor Graphic Design Intern : This is an unpaid internship. Ann Arbor Graphic Design Intern Benefits : Flexible hours and work-from-home availability Work for a growing Christian organization Staff care to support mental, social, and spiritual health for all staff About the area and Responsibilities of a Ann Arbor Graphic Design Intern UM is an excellent and influential school renowned for new inventions, being number one in research volume and its athletic programs. There are over 8,500 international students from 139 countries at UM. This role is an amazing opportunity to reach key students with the good news in a great part of the country! The Ann Arbor Graphic Design Intern will (list not all inclusive): Design printed collateral including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, financial appeals, annual reports, booklets, apparel and banners. Evaluate and suggest paper and other materials for printing Produce final art for print production, meeting mechanical/art requirements Edit images, retouching as needed Implement and maintain brand guidelines across organization Update old designs with current brand standards Fulfill online orders of printed materials Provide input on social media and website graphics Collaborate on interior office design Manage numerous simultaneous ongoing design projects within designed timelines and deadlines Organize, manage and track digital asset files/creative work to meet the organizational needs Manage archive of printed materials Qualifications needed of a Ann Arbor Graphic Design Intern, including Spiritual Characteristics Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies Training, experience, or certification in graphic design Well organized with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently Be a team player Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications International Friendships, Inc.
