As a Unit Manager you will be accountable and champion all aspects of performance in an area of the factory (e. g. a cluster of flow wrap, hand packing or auto packing lines). You will be responsible for safety, quality, output and cost (waste, labour, utilities) for your area. You will deliver day to day performance via your Team Leaders and your teams.
