Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a(n) UI Designer Position type: Contract Duration: 4+ Months potential extension Location: Mountain View, CA Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote The Ideal candidate will have Experience with Strong working knowledge of UI Designer, Gen AI, Figma As a(n) UI Designer you will: Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience of 5+ years in User Experience Design, HCI, Interaction, data visualization, or 5 years of experience in a similar industry. Experience in using UX tools (e.g., Figma, etc.). Experience collaborating with Designers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process. Desired Experience in multimodality or GenAI product experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs. Knowledge of technical constraints and best practices as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including responsive web. Awareness of inclusive design principles and best practices.
