Your key objectives are to: Teach - bring our mission to life; tailor your teaching approach and support our members to achieve consistent progress Inspire– build strong relationships; inspire all children to become fearless learners Demonstrate Progress– support children to recognise progress; develop their reflective skills to be able to identify their own progress What will you get from being a tutor with us? You'll work 2-3 consistent shifts per week; you can request as many hours as you'd like as long as it's more than your minimum of 6 contracted weekly hours You'll work with the same children every week Our shifts are after school hours, and weekends (when our centres are open)You'll be paid hourly based on your age, and the number of hours you work Your starting hourly pay will be: Under 18 – £6.8018-20 – £7.9021-22 – £10.3523+.
