The ideal candidate must be admitted to the Florida Bar and have expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. A Tax LLM and experience with income tax issues are required. Duties:Work with existing clients to provide legal guidance for estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.Assist clients with business formation, special needs planning, and related legal areas.Create legal documents such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and business formation documentation.Collaborate with clients to develop and execute plans that protect and preserve assets.Handle income tax issues and provide tax planning advice. Requirements:5-15 years of experience in trust and estate law.Admission to the Florida Bar.Expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.Tax LLM degree.Experience with income tax issues. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.Tax LLM degree. Skills:Expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.Strong drafting skills for legal documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.Knowledge of business formation and special needs planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and execute asset protection plans.Tax planning and income tax issue resolution skills.
