Document all repairs and pertinent information in regards to the work performed. Complete a story on repairs. Must be able to use software to obtain codes and trouble shoot all makes and models. Truck Service Technician Requirements Include : Minimum of years heavy truck mechanical Ability to work full time shifts Ownership of tools is required Class (B) CDL required class (A) preferred. If not must be willing to obtain one in allotted time period set by employer. Welding and fabrication skills preferred. All Mainline technicians are rewarded for efficiency with pay bonuses that can increase an already attractive hourly rate.
