The ideal candidate will provide guidance and direction on litigation issues, maximize case value through proper trial preparation, and effectively manage trial teams.Job Overview:The Trial Attorney Manager will oversee litigation matters, ensuring efficient case development and preparation for trial while utilizing advanced software to manage the team effectively.Duties:Provide guidance and direction on litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.Maximize case value through effective development and preparation for trial.Utilize sophisticated software to manage trial teams efficiently.Oversee plaintiff or defense litigation as required.Manage trial lawyers and trial teams effectively.Requirements:10+ years of trial experience, preferably with personal injury trial experience.Experience managing plaintiff or defense litigation.Proven experience managing trial lawyers and trial teams.Strong leadership and management skills with a thorough understanding of management principles.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Bar admission in the state of Texas.Skills:Excellent litigation skills with a track record of successful trial outcomes.Proficiency in utilizing legal software for case management.Strong leadership and management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits Offered:Paid vacation, all-purpose leave, and holidays.401(k) plan with a 4% match and immediate vesting.Medical insurance with 80% employer contribution.Dental, vision and supplemental insurance are available.Career growth opportunities.Employee Recognition Programs.Gym membership.Company events, including community involvement.Relocation expense reimbursement.
