Compass Medical Cardiology Department in our East Bridgewater and Middleborough office's is looking for an LPN to join our dynamic team to assist our busy providers with managing their patient population. This is an opportunity for an experienced, organized and dependable candidate to work closely with the provider to accomplish the following:- Patient phone triage- Prescription Refills- Patient chart maintenance- Create patient correspondence- Review patient lab and imaging results with provider and deliver results to patient- Creating orders and referrals- Manage hospital admission follow up appointments- Willing to travel between the East Bridgewater and Middleborough Office'sYou must:- Be able to work in a team environment- Have excellent time management skills- Be able to prioritize and manage workload efficiently- Have excellent communication and listening skills- Be flexible with changing workflows and schedules- Have an excellent attendance recordWe prefer that you have the following but we are willing to work with the right candidate:- 2 years of Office Nursing experience, Cardiology experience is a plus- Experience working with an electronic medical record, eCW experience preferredPlease apply on-line.
