Treasury Sales Officer II SUMMARY Responsible for selling Treasury Management products and services, retaining treasury revenue and generating business deposits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develops a deep understanding of business client's situation to assess working capital and process improvements in order to recommend treasury solutions. This is done through: Effective customer discovery skills Extensive Technical product information Preparation and presentation of customer proposals including competitive pricing analysis Performs Treasury Reviews for customers Utilizes a weekly sales plan to cross-sell bank products and services to customers. Assists in coordinating the training and implementation of new products and services. Works with Commercial Lenders to build a strategy for customer retention and cross-selling efforts. Works with Branch Managers to collaborate and support Branch Treasury Referrals. Works with Treasury Sales Manager to identify product/service enhancements to existing Treasury Management and deposit products. Represents the Bank at numerous civic and philanthropic events. Some travel will be required for support of outlying regional banking centers. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred. 3 to 5 year proven track record of treasury management calling experience. Proven success of integrating bank products and services with various accounting systems. Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management products and services. Solid understanding of the technology specific to the treasury management environment and extensive computer technical knowledge.
