Quik Travel Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: TravelQuik Travel Staffing has provided highly qualified dialysis nurses, hospital specialized nurses, and other professionals to our healthcare facility partners on a travel contract basis since 2001. Acute Rehab Travel RN --- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care based on patient needs. --- Initiate assessment based on the patient problems or needs, physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. --- Making appropriate adjustments and modifications to treatment plans as indicated/directed by supervisors or prescribed by the physician. --- Administer medications as ordered to assigned patients. --- Communicating and documenting changes in patient condition, on a timely bases, to charge nurse/supervisor and physician. --- Flexibility to travel to the assignment location. --- Availability to work the facility's required schedule. --- Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner. --- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care. --- Also referred to as: Acute Rehabilitation Nurse, Rehab Nurse Job Requirements --- 2 years of recent experience as a rehab nurse --- Graduate from an accredited nursing school --- Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing --- BLS certification required Benefits --- Highly Competitive Pay --- Travel, Meals, Housing Non-Taxable Stipends and Reimbursements --- One-On-One Recruiter, Compliance, and Payroll Assistance --- RN Referral Bonuses --- Direct Deposit --- Health Insurance Available (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) --- 401k Available --- Build Upon Your Career and Resume by Experiencing New Facilities NationwideQuik Travel Staffing Job ID #.
