Essential Functions: Execute accurate and complete customer order fulfillment, quality product delivery, and departure expectations. Research and resolve inbound and outbound delivery solutions. Utilize the company ERP system to review customer orders and delivery route scheduling for improvement opportunities. Regularly analyze and condense routes for more efficient deliveries. Collaborate regularly with the Sales and Transportation teams to manage order change requests, delivery time change requests, and delivery fulfillment. Collaborate with the Warehouse management team to monitor inventory levels, procure products from sister companies when needed, and manage the transfer of substitute products. Competencies, Education, and Skills: A minimum of an associate degree or a bachelor’s degree in related field preferred Previous experience in refrigerated food manufacturing or distributor operation preferred Proficient skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems Strong relationship and interpersonal skills Innovative and creative thinking Change management and continuous improvement focus and skills Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Physical Demands: Stand or sit for long periods of time Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time Benefits: Health & Welfare Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Voluntary Life) Paid Time Off Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Weekly Paid Career Advancement Opportunities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or another legally protected status.
