About the Opportunity Reporting to the Provincial Manager, Mental Health and Addictions Intake, this position is responsible for the facilitation of client transfers in collaboration with zonal services of Mental Health and Addictions (MHA), coordinates all aspects of transitions of care into and between services of the Mental Health and Addictions Program.
