Transaction Advisory Services - Tax BMSS, LLC is looking for someone to join our tax due diligence and M&A tax transaction advisory services team. We provide transaction advisory services to clients on both buy-side and sale-side middle market transactions. Responsibilities: Perform tax due diligence in preparation for a transaction. Model tax implications for proposed transactions. Diagram structure and steps for any pre-closing restructuring and the final transaction. Assist with tax compliance on M&A transactions. Work in teams to consult with clients and their advisors throughout the transaction cycle on tax implications of the proposed transaction. Requirements: 3+ years experience in tax Relevant experience can also include professionals with a background in investment banking, private equity or loan underwriting Knowledge of Partnerships, S-Corporation, and C Corporation Tax at both a federal and state level. Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university Proficient in MS Excel About: BMSS is the 2nd largest Advisory & Certified Public Accounting firm in Alabama and was founded in 1991.
