You have the demonstrated ability to create and develop a comprehensive training program. You will join SPIROL with experience in either creating interactive online learning activities or experience in audio-visual web and e-learning development. You will have the ability to manage goals and timelines for multiple projects. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: You will develop training material on basic training topics and processes by learning the job and translating the on the job training into a comprehensive training program (video, online course, visual aids, and/or classroom training material). You will translate technical information into clear, concise and technically accurate documentation and training that is appropriate for various audiences. You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts on technical processes to develop comprehensive training programs from material provided by the expert.
