Provide ongoing user support through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights from users, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product enhancements. Develop and maintain training documentation and knowledge base articles, keeping them up to date with the latest product features and functionalities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and user support, and apply this knowledge to enhance our training programs and support processes.
