Summary 12 hour shifts, A/B rotating schedule, (3) days one week, (4) days the next. Openings (1) days 7am to 7:30pm or (1) nights 7pm to 7:30am The Trainer is primarily responsible for training production employees with procedural, safety, and company policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Recommends and enforces department safety requirements Participate and collaborate with the coordinators, leads, and supervisors on organizing training for all new hires and recommended retraining. Lead, organize and initiate Standard Operation Procedures writing to ensure continuity and uniformity in the department. Completes forklift certifications/ recertification and training for employees Creates/Organizes and maintains SOP Database in relation to department training in collaboration with managers/supervisors. Coordinates and leads the training and onboarding of new employees and ensure retraining as needed of current employees. Coordinates with Manager when facility repairs are needed Perform other duties as assigned.
