Summary CTC Group is seeking T rainer s , Levels 1 & 2, for contingent positions to design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans. Converts written materials and/or training requirements to online and/or instructor-led interactive courseware. Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions, using a variety of delivery media. Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develops course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials to enhance training. Draft and finalize training documentation Prepare instructional materials from technical source data Present training materials to a large audience Evaluate training requirements for the system Create training objectives and goals Basic Requirements Current, active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). Level 1 Experience Requirements Five (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature. Three (3) years of SIGINT related experience within the intelligence community. Level 2 Experience Requirements Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
