This is a rare opportunity for a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor, to join a friendly and collaborative Sales team, and have responsibility for the sales and lettings of a number of their new homes throughout the South Wales area. This role will include: Assist with sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, to ensure achievement of sales targets. Communicate with customers to ensure the pre: move and after: sales Pledge is adhered to. Comply with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy and ensure compliance of prospective buyers during site visits and pre: sale and new home demonstrations to minimise incidents and accidents. Ideally you will also: Be a collaborative team player. Full UK driving licence. Thrive in a busy sales environment. Be a natural in building positive working relationships. Be confident in proactively prioritising your own busy, varied workload. A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word.
