TPG is seeking a motivated, dependable, and safe Traffic Safety Administrator to support an automotive testing company in Wittmann, AZ. This is a multi-function position that requires the team member to work in an accurate and efficient manner. Must be motivated and willing to help in other areas and with team members. Essential Job Duties Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software. May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing site operational policy and procedures and/or work instructions. Perform or oversee traffic safety training which may include but is not limited to new employee safety orientation. Monitor worksite for traffic safety policy hazards; identify and assist in the development of mitigation for hazards; make recommendations for changes to maintain a low incident traffic safety policy infraction rate. Administer site operational traffic safety programs, policies, and procedures. Assist in training traffic safety personnel regarding track control compliance. Add invites and visitors to site ENVOY visitor management system and verify access at Track Control Window. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills Must be detail-oriented Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Ability to analyze and solve problems Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames Self-starter & initiator Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in traffic safety/administration Minimum of 3 years of relatable experience preferred Able to work cooperatively in diverse and challenging environment Passion for the automotive industry and the niche auto proving ground testing business who would enjoy working alongside the largest automotive companies in the world Important considerations: Safety Sensitive position requiring all persons assigned to activity be drug-free and successfully pass drug screening prior to employment. Prolonged routine sitting for 2 or more hours with the requirement to lift at least 25 lbs.
