The Trademark Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of trademark law, including clearance, prosecution, counseling, licensing, and enforcement. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in trademark law, with a demonstrated command for domestic and global portfolio management. Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Duties:Conduct trademark clearance searches and provide opinions on trademark availability.Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO and foreign trademark offices.Counsel clients on trademark matters, including portfolio management, licensing, and enforcement strategies.Draft and negotiate trademark licensing agreements.Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including cease and desist letters and trademark opposition proceedings.Manage domestic and global trademark portfolios for clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in good standing.4-6 years of experience with various aspects of trademark law.Demonstrated command for domestic and global portfolio management.Excellent academic credentials.Strong writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Proficiency in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, licensing, and enforcement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Creativity and attention to detail in legal work.
