The candidate will work with its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. Should have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition, and discovery experience. Should be admitted in California or Colorado.
