This position will report into the Site Superintendent. Responsibilities/Duties Follow safe work procedures to assist the tower crane operator with lifting, lowering, or moving materials and loads. Understand lifting and load bearing capacities of the tower crane. Securing loads with suitable lifting equipment. Communicate with operator via two-way radio and/or hand signals.
