We are at a crucial point in our development with exciting plans and huge potential for impact in this new role. There will be up to 20 live teaching hours and up to 5 hours of asynchronous interaction and VLE development. A successful candidate will be developing the following modules: • Business Environment• The Hospitality Business• Financial Accounting in Service Industries• Services Marketing ABOUT THE ROLE Ensure to implement the modules to the academic calendar and in module deadlines and requirements to ensure the best possible student outcomes and student experience. Produce a set of agreed documentation for each course and module including course outlines, module handbooks, schemes of work and teaching material. Review documentation regularly for accuracy and appropriateness. Ensure that all backssment for agreed modules in subject area are prepared in a timely fashion to agreed deadlines and are appropriate, fair, and secure. Support the Head of Subject to ensure all students on agreed modules receive effective backssment feedback. Support Head of Subject in liaising with External Examiners for subject area, providing information to External Examiner as required and responding to recommendations. Implement quality assurance procedures at module and teaching session level and contribute to the annual monitoring and review of courses.
