Compensation: $25,000 - $31,000 yearly + health insurance stipend + retirement benefits Responsibilities: --- Perform administrative tasks to assist with coordinating closings on the sale of real estate. --- Be the first point of contact in handling incoming contracts for closing. --- Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and communications. --- Monitor scheduled closing dates and work with the team to ensure all deadlines are met. --- Follow up with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys, and other third parties to ensure any required information and documentation needed to close the transaction is obtained. Qualifications: --- Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus. --- Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format. --- Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred. --- Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience.
