This will involve conducting market research to find suitable properties, discussing clients' needs and budgets, preparing marketing materials and agreements, and negotiating the best deals for your clients. Customer service is also a vital part of this role, ensuring that every client is satisfied throughout the entire process. We are seeking professionals who have a strong understanding of the North Carolina real estate market. Being a skilled negotiator and having a comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations are essential for success in this role.
