Timber Frame Designer Ayrshire, Scotland GBP35,000 : GBP45,000 Full Time, Permanent Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of construction? ARV Solutions are working with a well: established Timber Frame manufacturer, who are looking for a passionate individual to join them in our journey of growth and innovation. As a Timber Frame Designer, you will: Manage design programmes in alignment with client contractual agreements. Prepare technical and construction drawings within project budgets. Produce construction information ensuring quality, safety, and cost: effectiveness. Identify and manage risks through effective coordination of design information. Liaise with external consultants and suppliers for consistent designs. What we are looking for: Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural/engineering drawings. Strong design capabilities with experience in timber design preferred. Knowledge of Planning and Building Standards Regulations. Proficient in Auto CAD software and Microsoft Office suite.
