Job Summary: Pour, Assemble and dis-assemble tile molds. Functional Job Duties: Ability to work with Hand Tools, Impact wrenches, grinders, tile sanding rocks Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods of time Ability to take direction and complete all tasks asked of them Ability to learn and work under pressure to meet deadlines Regular and reliable attendance Basic mechanical aptitude Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications: Experience working in a manufacturing environment Tile/Mold shop experience preferred Forklift certification preferred, or equivalent experience Mental Requirements: Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside of the c ompany. Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities and still meet deadlines. Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements. Must be able to maintain and process job-related paperwork effectively. Must be able to communicate effectively. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/be on your feet for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 55 pounds. Must have the ability to work in areas where temperatures and noise levels can be extreme. Majority of the work performed will be outside exposed to all elements.
