Position Details Provide quality treatment that facilitate recovery and wellness for persons living with substance use concerns. Services are client-centered, delivered in the home/community and include assessment, individual therapy and case-management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization. Position Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work or related field State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record CAADC, Development Plan or eligible and willing to actively pursue We understand that candidates may have unique experiences and skills that aren't always reflected in a job description.
