Title: Licensed Therapist II: Licensed (Master Level) - Inpatient Description: This is a Masters-level position requiring specialized skills in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and marital therapy. The Therapist II utilizes critical assessment skills and clinical expertise to lead in the development, implementation and delivery of individualized treatments and behavioral support plans. The Social Services Therapist II provides a range of therapeutic services and interventions and is an active and valued member of the care team for our adult and child/adolescent inpatient psychiatric units. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field LPC, LCSW, LMFT required OR NCC with 2-years experience OR LSW with 2-years experience Responsibilities: Conducts independent psychosocial therapeutic services using specialized skills in individual, family, marital, and group therapy. Utilizes clinical expertise and judgement to triage individuals for specific therapies Participates in developing individualized treatment plans Leads the development of behavioral support plans.
