As a Theatre Nurse specialising in spinal scrub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and excellence of our surgical interventions. You will be joining a dedicated team with brilliant support structures available to support your own wellbeing. The company offers ample opportunities for training and progression - often leading to promotions. Your responsibilities may include: preparing and organising the operating room for spinal surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile. You will collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care during spinal procedures, including assisting the surgeon and anaesthetist as required. You will also perform thorough pre-operative and post-operative backssments of patients undergoing spinal surgery.
