The successful candidate will coordinate administrative and programmatic support activities for AIM-AHEAD Fellowship Program in Leadership within the AIM-AHEAD Consortium. We are seeking aSr. Research Program Coordinator IIwho will support the Program Director and Co-Director(s) in their overall management of fellows, mentors and stakeholder relationships. In addition, they will facilitate the reporting progress to AIM-AHEAD Leadership and Administration Core by overseeing the day-to-day activities of the program. Will be responsible for any administrative and or scientific implementation of research protocols, including IRB, developing various SOP's. Oversee program related activities including project management, progress reports, managing data collection and analysis, and manuscript development.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesAbility to plan, lead and manage projects within deadlines. Ability to manage staff.Excellent administrative and time-management skills, including attention to detail, ability to problem-solve.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary settings, as part of a team or independently.Outstanding oral and written communication skillsOrganizing, coordinating, and monitoring fellowship program activities under the direction of the Program Leadership.Coordinating fellows and mentors to support implementation of program objectives.Managing participants to inspire the continuous engagement of cross-functional team members to deliver excellent results.Reviewing status of the fellowship's key elements and closely checking progress throughout all stages of the program lifecycle.Assisting in the determination and definition of program scope and objectives.Developing and managing a detailed program schedule and work plan using Microsoft Project.Providing weekly program updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.Coordinating fellowship program evaluation to ensure attainment of outcomes, goals, and activities.Preparing materials for meetings and conferences.Managing participants to inspire the continuous engagement of cross-functional team members to deliver excellent results.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related discipline.Five years related experience.Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Public Health, Information Sciences, Biological Sciences with two years of experience.Five to Eight years of project management and related experience.Bilingual (English and Spanish).Classified Title: Sr. Research Program Coordinator IIRole/Level/Range: ACRP/04/MCStarting Salary Range: Min $47,500 - Max $83,300 Annually ($83,300 targeted; Commensurate with experience)Employee group: Full TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday: 9 am - 5 pmExempt Status:ExemptLocation:RemoteDepartment name: Dept of Health Behavior and SocietyPersonnel area: School of Public HealthTotal RewardsThe referenced salary range is based on Johns Hopkins University's good faith belief at the time of posting.
