About the role Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Testing Support Associate to join our dynamic Testing team. The Testing team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by providing process support and subject matter expertise to Testing sites in resolving issues. In this role, You will establish, implement, monitor and evaluate results from relevant key performance indicators (KPI) and ensure excellent customer service is provided to both internal and external customers. You will be required to provide subject matter expertise that will assist in planning and implementation of new projects or initiatives.
