Skills - Must Have: Responsibilities Conduct compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping, and tax engagements Lead and manage audit engagements for public company clients, including planning, risk backssment, and execution of audit procedures. Oversee audit staff, review workpapers, and provide guidance to ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit files. Perform substantive testing, control testing, and data analysis to support audit conclusions. Stay up-to-date with evolving accounting standards, financial reporting regulations, and auditing practices. Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and other relevant regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong client relationships. Understand clients' unique needs and tailor audit services to meet their specific objectives. Provide exceptional client service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Skills and Experience CPA designation 2 to 4 years of relevant public accounting experience Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Experience working with accounting and tax software Understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
