As a Test Expert, you will be working on functionally testing card payments and being part of a fast growing organisation working with ISO or EMV and other payment methods. Test Expert/Test Analyst Venquis are currently working with an industry leader in financial services who are looking to hire a Test Expert on a full time, permanent basis. As a Test Expert, you will be working on functionally testing card payments and being part of a fast growing organisation working with ISO or EMV and other payment methods. Our client offers a flexible way of working, continuing to be innovative and one of the market leaders in the industry. What you will do. Conduct comprehensive regression, functional, and integration testing to ensure the reliability and security of our payment applications. Take ownership of transaction processing, particularly within card acquiring, and contribute to risk management and compliance efforts. Collaborate closely with the technical application architect/manager and a team of Test Analysts to drive innovation, proof of concepts, and greenfield technologies. Navigate the shift from existing off-the-shelf solutions to building and maintaining our proprietary applications. Having a heavy involvement with different systems and actively participate in the development of new technologies. Embrace a 'not afraid' mentality, take charge of challenges, and provide solutions in the fast-paced environment of technological transformation. What you bring with you. Strong background in regression, functional, and integration testing. Experience in transaction processing, particularly in card acquiring. Knowledge of payment schemes and familiarity with EMV/ISO 8583 standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with.
