We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Responsibilities: • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice• Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects• Participate in storm damage assessments and inspections.• Flexibility for travel when needed (Dallas, College Station, Austin, Louisiana, etc.)• Learn the product/s we offer for new roof installs, and how the product should be installed.• Attend company and manufacturer trainings and product meetings. Qualifications: • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills• 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly About Company: We are a firmly established business with a great reputation that takes pride in our work.
