Territory Sales Consultant (FTC)Industry: Retail Location: Newport, Isle of Wight Hours: 24 hours per week including one evening finish of 6.30pm Days: 3-4 days per week including two Saturdays per month Duration: 3 month fixed term contract (may be extended)Duties: Implementing sales and marketing programme to raise brand awareness, promote product lines and grow sales, Establish and develop strong relationships with store staff, deliver product training sessions and demonstrations, Lead on development of paint tinting/ mixing service, Conduct merchandising and in store promotional events, Identify and approach and build relationships with trade customers, Update and maintain CRMs systems, record sales activity and produce reports, Review the stores product portfolio ensure products are fully stocked and properly displayed. Experience: Must have a sound level of customer services experience with high level communication skills and the ability to influence and develop relationships, Experience of product sales, merchandising and presentations is preferred, Previous paint/ coatings experience is an advantage however full product training will be provided. Must have good organisational skills and be able to manage own workload in addition to integrating and working well as part of a team Must be flexible with working hours and be computer literate with the ability to learn new systems Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per annum, pro rata.
