Position Description Title: Territory Business Manager - Ontario Department: Sales Immediate Supervisor: Sr. Director of Sales - Canada Industrial Packaging Position Purpose This position requires a highly motivated and results oriented sales professional with significant expertise in direct sales who has broad knowledge of the Industrial Packaging market. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing current as well as future distributor accounts as well as engaging end-users in order to promote IPG products within Ontario, Canada. This includes territory and sales call planning, account management and monitoring of results. The primary objective is to achieve the annual sales budget. Principle Accountabilities Ensure effective sales coverage is maintained for the territory and that priorities and objectives for each account are continually monitored and updated. Establish and build relationships with distributor's management and sales force, focusing on Strategic Partners and Allied Distributors. Train our distributer's sales force on Intertape products while focusing on end-user activity and market penetration. Monitor sales vs. forecasts and trends in relation to company objectives and competitive activities.
