Bethel College seeks to fill full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Business with an emphasis in Marketing to begin fall 2018. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in marketing and related business disciplines, student advising, student recruitment, assessment, and involvement in the college community. Faculty members are also expected to maintain active scholarship and participate in professional development activities. Qualifications M.A. required, Ph.D. preferred, in the area of marketing or related business discipline. MS, MBA or DBA will also be considered. Experience teaching marketing at the college level preferred. Rank depends upon qualifications and experience. Successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to Christian liberal arts education. All faculty are expected to exhibit a vibrant Christian faith and relevance of faith commitments to their disciplines and professions. While Bethel College is affiliated with the Missionary Church, its faculty members encompass a variety of Christian denominations.
