Boonsboro Country Club is looking for Retail Associate to join our team Job Title: Tennis Shop Retail Associate Position Description Boonsboro Country Club is a family-oriented country club located in Lynchburg Virginia. Boonsboro is a beautiful club with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where we provide premier service to our Members and Guests with a smile. We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for long term part-time position in our tennis retail shop. The candidate must be able to perform basic tennis shop administrative duties. We are a drug free workplace. EOE Essential Duties and Responsibilities Preform basic administrative tennis shop duties; to include, but not limited to, restocking drink coolers Maintaining member areas and providing courteous, professional member service The candidate should be able to work various shifts to include weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays Qualifications This job is ideal for someone who is dependable and likes to work in a great atmosphere with good people People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Detail-oriented - would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Autonomous/Independent - enjoys working with little directions Pay frequency: Every Week Education and / or Experience High School or equivalent (Preferred) Previous experience working in Tennis (Preferred) Work Schedule Work needed: Morning, Evenings and Weekends some Holidays COVID-19 considerations: COVID-19 Precautions - Social distancing guidelines in place. Sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning procedures in place. We are following current CDC Guidelines.
