Governors Club is currently seeking a court maintenance professional to join our elite service team at our Wellness Center. As a Tennis and Pickleball Court Maintenance team member you will enjoy a base salary between $14-$16 per hour. As a Governors Club Team Member, you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working in our upscale facilities. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor create memorable experiences for our members and guests. You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently.Your primary focus is to ensure our members and their guests have a positive experience using the Tennis and Pickleball facilities. This is a part time, weekend position. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Groom our 6 clay courts Refill water coolers and empty trash units Leaf blow and general facility conditioning Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid drivers license (to be able to drive the maintenance golf cart) Be able to physically lift up to 50+ pounds Reports To: Tennis Director Employee Benefits include: 401k Retirement Plan All employees who complete 1000 hours in a plan year. Governors Club will match the employee contributions $0.50 for every $1.00 up to a maximum of 5%. Golfing privileges All employees as business flow allows Tennis privileges All employees as business flow allows Continuing Education Scholarships Available to all employees and their dependents Employee Appreciation Events Available to all Employees Holiday social in December Full-Time: Regular employee averaging 32 or more hours per week after 90 daysPart-Time: Regular employee averaging 31 or fewer hours per week after 90 days Rate of Pay: $14-$16 per hourHours Available : Saturday-Sunday, 6:00 am - 8:30 am Job Posted by ApplicantPro
