Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse/Driver, where your dedication and skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse and delivery services. This multifaceted position, requiring no CDL, balances in-warehouse duties with delivery tasks, offering a fast-paced and rewarding environment for the right candidate. Ideal for individuals with RF Gun proficiency and bilingual (Spanish) capabilities, this role is essential in ensuring that our high-quality products are delivered promptly and safely to our customers. Responsibilities: Order Handling: Execute accurate pulling, filling, packing, and setup of orders for delivery or pick-up. Loading/Unloading: Participate in the loading and unloading process, adhering to safety protocols, especially with hazardous materials. Inventory Management: Oversee receipt of shipments, inventory logging, and conduct regular audits for accuracy. Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members and customers to streamline delivery and pickup coordination. Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts, with required certification, and conduct vehicle safety checks. Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and safe, promoting an efficient work environment. Route Navigation: Identify and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Additional Support: Undertake various duties as needed to support warehouse and delivery operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. Preferred bilingual abilities (English/Spanish). Strong customer service skills. Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds). Forklift experience is a plus. Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement. Landscaping and irrigation knowledge beneficial. Ideal Candidate: Exhibits reliability and punctuality. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. Prioritizes safety and efficiency in all tasks.
