We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Hillingdon to assist with the appointment of a Temporary Accommodation and Private Sector Housing Coordinator , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £23 per Hour Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the back office system and ensure all records are kept up to date. Ensure regular data cleansing of data and assist Private Sector Housing Manager in running performance reports. Collate and present performance data to Private Sector Housing Manager on a monthly basis Prepare all Housing related notices following the necessary investigations, ensuring that procedures and legislation are complied with. Analyse and act upon the information returned in relation to each property and carry out further investigations if ownership and responsibility for the property is complex, unclear or contentious. Provide administrative support in respect of non-compliance of statutory notices, following procedure for work in default. Advise the team on procedure for tender where necessary, processing Contractors invoices for payment and ensuring re-charge invoices for the cost of the works are raised on a timely basis. Responsible for all administrative work in issuing HMO Licences from receipt of application to issue of licence and Civil Penalty Notices Requirements: Educated to degree level or evidence equivalent experience Evidence of continuing professional development 2 years Housing related experience with understanding of Private Sector Housing Enforcement or Procurement and Housing grants. Have proven and relevant experience in understanding data analysis and performance tracking Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
