Temp Collections Analyst

Job Summary Reporting to the Manager, Accounting and Finance, this position is responsible for performing various accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Performs accounts receivable duties such as Sending out customer invoices Maintaining customer advance payments including monthly reconciliation Applying daily cash Generating customer statements of account Responsibility for collection of payments Other duties as assigned related to the company's sales and service operations Works collaboratively with internal teams and external business partners Respects safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment Experience and Qualifications At least 3 years work experience as collector Experience using various accounting software applications and skilled with MS Office products Highly organized, deadline focused, attention to detail, research and problem solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working Conditions / Physical & Mental Demands The physical demands and working conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
